Boston Dominates Game 2 to Move Closer to NBA Finals

The Boston Celtics have taken a commanding 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals after a hard-fought 126-110 win over the Indiana Pacers on Thursday night. Jaylen Brown led the way for Boston with a game-high 40 points, including a crucial 3-pointer with 61 seconds remaining to force overtime.

The Celtics got off to a strong start, building a 12-0 lead to open the game. However, the Pacers battled back behind strong performances from Myles Turner (22 points) and Tyrese Haliburton (22 points). The Pacers took a 60-56 lead into halftime, but the Celtics regained the lead in the third quarter and held on for the win.

Jayson Tatum also had a strong game for Boston, scoring 36 points, including 10 in overtime. Marcus Smart added 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Grant Williams contributed 14 points off the bench. The Celtics shot 46.7% from the field and 37.3% from three-point range.

The Pacers were led by Turner's 22 points and 11 rebounds. Haliburton added 22 points and 9 assists, while Buddy Hield chipped in with 19 points. The Pacers shot 43.2% from the field and 30.0% from three-point range.

The Celtics will look to take a 3-0 lead in the series when they host the Pacers in Game 3 on Saturday night. The game will be televised on ESPN and ESPN2.
